I like this quote because it brings a renewed sense of energy and focus on what lies ahead. Of course, it’s also important to reflect on the past and our accomplishments.

At SailPoint, we often talk about our crew being humble, hungry, and smart. If you’re paying close attention, you might notice that we always refer to the ‘humble’ first. But that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t celebrate our wins and be proud of our special culture. After all, there’s no reason a pat on the back should lead to a swollen head.

And here at SailPoint, we have a lot of things to be (humbly) proud about:

Delivering for our customers: You may have seen that KuppingerCole named SailPoint an industry Leader in Identity Governance and Administration last month. Hopefully it’s no surprise to anyone that SailPoint continues to be a leader when it comes to identity security. Being named Overall Leader, Product Leader, Innovation Leader, and Market Leader in the latest Leadership Compass IGA report is a testament to our innovative, forward-looking approach to helping organizations manage identity-related risks.

Delivering for our partners: CRN awarded SailPoint a 2024 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC) award in the Security – Identity category. This prestigious award honors vendors who are committed to growing the IT channel through technology innovation and partner relationships and reinforces that our strategic focus on launching and growing our managed service provider (MSP) and independent software vendor (ISV) programs is already making an impact.

Delivering for our crew: None of the above would be possible if it weren’t for the SailPoint crew’s commitment to doing things “The SailPoint Way” – bringing our values to life and cultivating our supportive and collaborative culture. We see the positive impact of our culture both internally and externally through award designations such as Singapore’s Company of Good and Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Texas, Best Workplaces for Millennials, and Best Workplaces in Technology.

I’m proud of our SailPoint crew and inspired for all the ways we can make an impact for our customers and partners in the future.
